Research and Writing
All health content on LevelPanel is developed by the LevelPanel Editorial Team. Our writers research each topic using peer-reviewed medical literature, clinical laboratory guidelines, and information published by authoritative organizations including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the American Medical Association (AMA), and leading academic medical centers such as Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic.
Every test page includes cited sources so readers can verify the information independently.
Medical Review
LevelPanel content is independently reviewed for clinical accuracy by our team of medical reviewers, each a licensed physician. Our reviewers evaluate content for medical accuracy, appropriate clinical hedging, and adherence to current evidence-based practice guidelines. Pages that have completed medical review display a "Medically reviewed" badge with the reviewer's name and review date.
Our medical reviewers operate independently and are not involved in LevelPanel's business operations or commercial decisions.

Content Updates
