Yes. All tests we offer use FDA-approved or cleared laboratory methods. Labs are CLIA-certified, meeting the federal standards for clinical laboratory testing.

A window period is the time between an exposure and when a test can reliably detect an infection. Testing too soon may produce a false negative. For HIV (4th generation), the window period is about 45 days. For chlamydia and gonorrhea, 1-2 weeks. For syphilis, 3-6 weeks. If you test before the window closes, consider testing again.

A positive result warrants clinical follow-up. For some tests (syphilis RPR, initial HIV reactive), a positive screening result requires confirmatory testing before being treated as definitive. Ask a qualified clinician to review your result and guide appropriate next steps.
