LabTestSuperstore (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by LevelPanel, LLC. This policy explains data practices for the LabTestSuperstore information and partner-link website. It does not govern Quest Health's checkout, physician authorization, order, account, or result services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use this website, we may collect:

• Usage and security data: Pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network data, and technical events used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
• Referral data: Limited pseudonymous click and attribution-event information used to understand partner-link performance. This does not include Quest Health payment, account, lab-result, or order-fulfillment records.
• Support information: Your email address and anything you choose to include when contacting us about this website.
• Optional test-alert preferences: The limited information described in the next section, only if the disclosed form is active and you submit it.

We use session replay on selected public pages to understand how visitors use the site and improve its usability. Replays may include visible public-page text and interactions. Account, cart, checkout, administrative, and internal operations pages are excluded, and we do not send a custom visitor identity to the replay service.

Saved Test-Alert Preferences

If we later activate a test-alert request form, you may choose to give us your email address and the lab-test preference you select. A selected test can reveal a sensitive health interest. If you separately select a weekly AI health-answers digest preference, we record that as a separate choice.

For the initial capture-only version, we would store only your email address, selected test slug, capture timestamp, and consent-text version in a dedicated private GitHub repository controlled by LabTestSuperstore. That repository is append-only under our operating design and is separate from the public website repository and build. Access is restricted to authorized operators and the narrowly scoped capture service.

The capture-only version sends no confirmation, alert, digest, marketing, or other email. We would preserve the preference only so we can honor the requested alert after an approved email service is established. Before moving records to an email service provider or beginning any email, we will update this policy and apply the appropriate consent and sending controls.

We do not send an email address, test-watch preference, consent record, or form value to GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Impact, Vercel Web Analytics, public logs, or the public website repository. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning a saved preference, contact us using the address below.

What We Do Not Collect from Quest Health

LabTestSuperstore does not collect payment or billing information, Quest Health order data, Quest Health account data, physician requisitions, or lab results. Quest Health handles payment, physician authorization, the order, and result delivery under its own terms and privacy notices.

• To measure site and partner-link performance
• To respond to site-support and privacy requests
• To preserve a submitted test-alert preference under the capture-only terms stated above

Affiliate and Other Third-Party Services

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website data we control. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
